First, our primary aim is to provide appropriate water sampling techniques for the task in hand – water sampling in the natural and built environment.

• Specialising in private and public water supplies, hospital and healthcare, swimming pools and spas, reservoirs, cold water storage tanks, calorifiers/local heaters, water pipework distribution and outlets.

Second, we investigate and do our best to understand your water system. From experience, we can pinpoint and minimise sampling locations. This helps you spend money wisely and allows you to focus on the problem.

• All water samples are also measured/profiled for collection temperature (calibrated to NIST),a vital parameter many samplers omit to record.

Third, as ours is a sampling and reporting consultancy, reports are expected to include interpretation and comment, if required. This aspect is often not available from other providers. Our reporting format can include a graphical element, for example, results versus temperature or time.
